Last Updated: August 21, 2026
Overview
Welcome to Avonent.
The terms “Avonent,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Avonent. Avonent operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, subscriptions, memberships, and services offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important provisions concerning subscriptions, recurring charges, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other legal rights.
By visiting, accessing, purchasing from, subscribing through, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Section 1 — Eligibility, Access, and Accounts
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence or that you otherwise have the legal capacity necessary to enter into a binding agreement.
When using our Services or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your:
-
Name
-
Email address
-
Billing information
-
Payment information
-
Shipping address
-
Account information
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your Avonent account to another person without our permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
Section 2 — Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.
However, product colors, packaging, labeling, size, appearance, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your screen, device, display settings, or changes to product packaging.
Product packaging or presentation may change without notice.
All product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, formulations, and other information may be updated or modified at any time to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to:
-
Modify or discontinue products
-
Limit quantities purchased
-
Limit sales by person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction
-
Refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary
Nothing displayed on the Services constitutes a guarantee that a particular product will remain available.
Section 3 — Health and Supplement Disclaimer
Avonent sells dietary supplements and related wellness products.
Information provided through our website, product descriptions, educational materials, advertisements, emails, social media, or other Services is provided for general informational purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Statements regarding dietary supplements may not have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The Services are not intended to provide medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new supplement, particularly if you:
-
Have a medical condition
-
Are pregnant or nursing
-
Take prescription or over-the-counter medications
-
Have allergies or sensitivities
-
Are planning surgery
-
Are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for you
Individual responses to supplements vary. Avonent does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, physical change, health benefit, or timeframe.
You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, directions, warnings, and other labeling before use.
If you experience an adverse reaction or believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, discontinue use as appropriate and seek qualified medical attention.
Section 4 — Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Avonent.
An order is not considered accepted until we accept the order and process or authorize payment.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel orders where permitted by law.
Reasons may include:
-
Product availability
-
Pricing or listing errors
-
Suspected fraud
-
Payment authorization issues
-
Shipping limitations
-
Purchase quantity limitations
-
Violation of these Terms
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Once an order enters fulfillment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method where required.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased from Avonent are intended for personal or household use unless we expressly authorize otherwise.
Section 5 — Prices, Payments, and Billing
Prices, discounts, bundles, promotions, and offers may change at any time without prior notice except where notice is required by law.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may not include:
-
Shipping
-
Taxes
-
Duties
-
Customs charges
-
Import fees
-
Other government-imposed charges
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You authorize Avonent and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for amounts due in connection with your order.
We may use third-party payment processors. Your payment information may therefore be processed according to the policies and terms of those providers.
Section 6 — Subscriptions and Memberships
Avonent may offer products through recurring subscriptions, memberships, auto-delivery programs, or similar recurring purchase arrangements.
Automatic Renewal
By enrolling in a subscription or membership, you authorize Avonent and our payment providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your account at the frequency and price disclosed when you enroll.
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until you cancel it, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For example, if you select a monthly subscription, you authorize us to automatically process a new payment approximately once each monthly billing cycle until cancellation.
Recurring Charges
The amount and frequency of recurring charges will be presented to you before you complete your subscription purchase.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other fees may also be charged with recurring orders where disclosed or permitted by law.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that recurring charges may be processed without requiring you to manually approve each individual renewal.
Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription through any subscription-management method we make available to you or by contacting us at:
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled renewal or order is processed.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse an order that has already been processed or entered fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, it remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription Modifications
Where supported, subscribers may be able to:
-
Cancel their subscription
-
Skip an upcoming delivery
-
Change delivery frequency
-
Modify eligible products
-
Update shipping information
-
Update payment information
Available features may vary depending on the subscription service or platform used.
Failed Subscription Payments
If your payment method is declined, expired, invalid, or otherwise unable to be charged, we or our subscription provider may attempt to process the payment again.
We may pause, suspend, or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be successfully collected.
You remain responsible for keeping your billing and payment information current.
Subscription Pricing Changes
We may change subscription pricing, discounts, benefits, shipping charges, or other subscription terms from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before a material pricing or subscription change takes effect.
If you continue your subscription after the effective date of an appropriately disclosed change, your subsequent subscription orders may be charged according to the updated terms.
Promotions and Subscription Discounts
Introductory offers, first-order discounts, free gifts, special pricing, or other subscription promotions may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional pricing does not guarantee that the same price will remain available indefinitely.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription purchases are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy applicable to other Avonent orders unless a separate subscription-specific policy is expressly provided.
For clarity, cancelling a subscription does not by itself create a right to a refund for an order that has already been processed.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, renewal, or refund rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates provided by Avonent are estimates unless we expressly guarantee otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
-
Shipping carrier delays
-
Weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Customs processing
-
Transportation disruptions
-
Incorrect shipping information
-
High-volume periods
-
Government actions or restrictions
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you discover an address error, contact avonentbusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be modified after fulfillment has begun.
Lost or damaged shipments are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have regarding shipping or delivery that cannot legally be waived.
Section 8 — Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged-item claims, and lost-package claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy, Avonent does not guarantee refunds based on:
-
Change of mind
-
Personal preference
-
Taste or texture
-
Individual product experience
-
Lack of expected results
-
Improper use
-
Failure to follow product directions
Section 9 — Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services for personal and lawful purposes.
Unless expressly authorized by Avonent, you may not:
-

Redistribute our content

Sell our content

Section 10 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
Our Services may provide access to features, integrations, applications, subscription platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, or tools operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily control these third-party services.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, Avonent is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue integrations or optional features at any time.
Section 11 — Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, policies, security, practices, products, or content of third-party websites that we do not control.
Accessing a third-party website is done at your discretion.
You should review that third party's terms, privacy policy, return policies, and other applicable policies before engaging in transactions with them.
Section 12 — Relationship With Shopify
Avonent is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store and Services.
Purchases made from the Avonent store are transactions between you and Avonent, not between you and Shopify.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Avonent or for claims relating directly to the products purchased from Avonent.
Shopify's own terms and privacy practices may separately apply to information or functionality processed through its platform.
Section 13 — Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted through Shopify and may use other service providers, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other providers necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide subscriptions, prevent fraud, analyze performance, or provide related Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers in accordance with applicable law and the applicable privacy policies.
Section 14 — Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other content to Avonent (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law or expressly agreed otherwise, you grant Avonent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content in connection with operating, improving, or promoting Avonent and its Services.
You agree that User Content will not:
-
Violate another person's intellectual property rights
-
Violate privacy or publicity rights
-
Contain unlawful material
-
Contain intentionally false or deceptive information
-
Contain malware or malicious code
-
Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Avonent
If you received compensation, free products, discounts, or other incentives in connection with a review or endorsement, you are responsible for making disclosures required by applicable law.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Section 15 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Our website may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to matters such as:
-
Product descriptions
-
Ingredients
-
Images
-
Availability
-
Pricing
-
Discounts
-
Promotions
-
Shipping fees
-
Delivery estimates
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.
If an order must be cancelled because of an error and payment has already been collected, we will issue any refund required by applicable law.
Section 16 — Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
-
Violate applicable laws or regulations
-
Commit fraud

Infringe intellectual-property rights

Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others

-
Resell or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Services without authorization
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Section 17 — Fraud and Abuse

Unauthorized chargebacks

Promotion abuse
-
Subscription abuse

Where permitted by law, we may cancel orders, restrict accounts, refuse future transactions, or provide relevant information to payment processors, carriers, fraud-prevention providers, or authorities as appropriate.
Section 18 — Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where permitted by law, including for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Termination of website access does not eliminate amounts properly owed for purchases made before termination.
Termination of an Avonent account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription unless the subscription is separately cancelled through the available subscription-management method.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.
Section 19 — Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Except where expressly stated by Avonent or required by law, we make no guarantee that:
-
The Services will always be uninterrupted
-
The Services will always be error-free
-
Website information will always be current
-
A product will produce a particular result
-
Your experience with a product will be identical to another customer's experience
Individual supplement results and experiences can vary significantly.
Nothing in this section excludes any warranty that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Section 20 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avonent and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services where such damages may lawfully be excluded.
This may include, where legally permitted:
-
Lost profits
-
Lost revenue
-
Lost data
-
Lost savings
-
Business interruption
-
Consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
You acknowledge that dietary supplements may affect individuals differently and that you are responsible for using products according to their labeling and obtaining professional medical advice when appropriate.
Section 21 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avonent and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
-
Your material violation of these Terms;
-
Your unlawful use of the Services;
-
Your violation of another person's rights; or
-
Fraudulent or intentionally wrongful conduct connected to your use of the Services.
This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
Section 22 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Section 23 — No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
Section 24 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with policies and terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
This includes, where applicable:
-
Our Privacy Policy
-
Our Return & Refund Policy
-
Subscription terms presented during checkout
-
Promotional terms
-
Other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms
If specific promotional or subscription terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms may control with respect to that particular offer where permitted by law.
Section 25 — Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Avonent may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, service-provider arrangement, or other lawful business transaction.
Section 26 — Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Avonent is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
Section 27 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be available on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
For active subscriptions, material changes affecting recurring billing or other rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
